For owners losing their evenings to repeat work
You didn't start a business to spend Sunday night doing paperwork.
I spend 60 minutes mapping where your week actually goes. Then I build the systems that take the worst of it off your plate. Most owners get back 10 or more hours in the first month.
Free. 60 minutes. No pitch.
Who this is for
Local business owners. Trades, shops, offices, nonprofits. The ones still doing the work only they can do.
The problem
Sixty hour weeks lost to quotes, chasing people for updates, paperwork, and calls after hours.
The outcome
Ten or more hours a week back in the first month. No new platform to manage.
What to do next
Book the free 60 minute Week Audit. No cost, no pitch, no commitment.
The week you actually have
Sixty hours to run a business that should take forty.
None of that is a software problem. It's a week problem. Nobody has ever sat down and looked at yours.
What most vendors get wrong
Every vendor that's cold-called you
Leads with a product. An AI receptionist, a CRM, a dashboard. You get a login, a training session, and one more thing that needs managing.
Nobody asked where your time goes.
What I do instead
Start with your week. Hour by hour, Monday to Sunday. Find the three biggest leaks, then build systems that close them.
Not software. Not an agency. One person who does the work.
The Week Audit
Sixty minutes on a call. We walk your week hour by hour and build a map of where your time goes. By the end you will know what the three biggest leaks are.
The call is free and there is nothing to buy on it.
If I can help after that, I will tell you what the work involves. If I cannot help, I will say so.
You'll see where the week actually goes
Most owners guess wrong. Seeing the real numbers is worth the hour by itself.
The worst three hours disappear first
This is not a full rebuild. We take the biggest leaks and close them.
You don't manage another piece of software
You're not learning a platform. I build it, I run it, it just works.
Built around your week, not a template
Quotes, callbacks, paperwork, scheduling. Every business leaks time somewhere different. I look at yours first.
How it works
Step 1: The Audit
60 minWe walk your week hour by hour and find the three biggest leaks in it.
Free
Step 2: The Build
14 daysI build the systems for the top leaks. You approve, I install, nothing for you to learn.
Quoted after the audit
Step 3: Support
OngoingI maintain it, adjust it, add to it as the business changes.
Monthly. Cancel anytime.
What it costs
The Week Audit is free. Sixty minutes, no pitch, nothing to buy at the end of it.
What comes after the audit depends on what we find. Every build is different, so I am not going to post a number here that I would have to take back later. Once I have seen your week, I will tell you what the work takes and what it costs. Then you decide.
No package tiers. No annual contract. Nothing starts until you say so.
What I am good at
What I look for
The repeat work eating your week. The thing you do by hand every Monday. The message you send so often you could type it in your sleep.
That is the whole first call.
What I build
Systems that do that work without you. One of mine answers the phone after hours, gets the address and what happened, and texts whoever is on call. Most are running in under two weeks. No job too big.
What you won't find here
No logo bar, no "trusted by 50+", no stock headshots. If I haven't done it yet, it isn't on this page.
Who I am
I am Jadon. I build systems for local business owners, one owner at a time, nationwide, from Colorado.
I'm not a software company and I'm not an agency. There's no team behind me and no offshore support desk. You talk to me, and I do the work.
Straight answers
Is this a sales call dressed up as a free audit?
The call is free and there is nothing to buy on it. We spend 60 minutes on your week, you see where the hours go, and that is the end of it unless you want to keep going.
I've bought software before and nobody used it.
Then you already know the problem. I'm not handing you a platform and a login. I build the system, I run it, and if it needs changing I change it. Nobody on your team has to learn anything.
I do not have 60 minutes.
One hour, one time, to find 10 hours a week. That is the math. If your week turns out to be tighter than most, I will tell you that on the call and you have lost an hour.
What if my problem isn't something you can fix?
Then I'll tell you on the audit call and we're done. I'd rather say no than sell you the wrong thing.
Who else have you done this for?
A short list. I will name them on the call instead of dressing it up here. I am early, and that is why the call is free. The risk sits on my side, not yours.
Let's find out where your week goes.
Will you stay stuck?
I'll reach out within an hour.
Got it. I'll reach out within an hour.
Free. 60 minutes. No pitch.
